CETC Electronics Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (CETC-E), founded on Nov. 26th, 2013, is located at Fengtai Science Park in Beijing, with a registered capital of 2.1 billion yuan. CETC-E, the wholly owned subsidiary of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC), is founded on the base of CETC No. 2 Research Institute, No. 45 Research Institute, No. 48 Research Institute and their subsidiaries.
CETC-E's key mission is devoted itself to the development and industrialization of the integrated circuit manufacturing equipments and equipments of key process of photovoltaic industry and new energy to be a modern high-tech enterprise capable of providing an integration of R&D, manufacturing, and service.
CETC-E owns three national research centers, such as advanced technology application research center of active layer optimal growth, micro-assembly engineering center and national PV equipment engineering research center.
It has passed the quality management system certification such as ISO9001, GJB9001A, UL, CE, TUV, NRE.
In the field of electric manufacturing field, CETC–E represents the highest development level of domestic development. It provides a large number of dedicated devices for electronic information industry for many years, which powerfully support and drive the development of integrated circuit, panel display, micro-package, semiconductor lighting and solar photovoltaic industry. Its representative products include ion implanter, photo lithography, chemical mechanical planarization equipment (CMP) and other material preparation equipments, chip fabrication process, advanced package and test and photovoltaic industry products as well.
In the industry of PV new energy, with the development philosophy of "Integration development of technology and equipment, interactive development of equipment and products, constructing industrial chain by system integration, and increasing added value by end application", CETC-E has gradually completed the transformation from an equipment manufacturing supplier to an industrial group which engages simultaneously in technology research, equipment manufacturing and mass production, as well as power station construction by breaking the stereotype of the traditional equipment manufacturers. A 500MW of vertically integrated industrial chains, with fully equipped by self-developed tools and technical processes and integrated with ingoting, slicing, cell manufacturing, modules producing, power station construction and operation, located at Changsha, Beijing, Taiyuan and Pingliang with local characteristics and with clear responsibilities, complementary advantages and holonomic systems, has been established in CETC-E. The turnkey capability of the complete equipment production line of CETC-E is at the leading position in the world, and is of the distinct competitive advantages at both domestic and international market.
