The high-efficient polycrystalline ingot casting technolog has characteristics of vertical crystal, well distributed, less defect, low dislocation density, short ingot casting operation cycle (feeding 810kg, average 75h/furnace), low energy consumption (average 6.0 kwh/kg), without cost increase. The efficiency of polyctrystalline silicon cell is greatly enhanced (compared to ordinary silicon increased by 0.3-0.5%), providing feasible technical solutions for reducing polycrystalline silicon solar cell cost to enlarge benefit.
